- Ensure that, upon checking-in, the visitors are given a detailed briefing on the property and understand their responsibilities. The agent also ensures that each visitor knows and understands how to use all available appliances.
- The Agent communicates promptly with each homeowner should there be any maintenance or potential property concerns.
- It is not the responsibility of SunnySA or of our agent to ensure maintenance is done on homeowners’ properties. However, we will timeously inform homeowners of any potential problems that might affect potential revenue income
- Our Agents try to ensure that visitors do not damage homeowners’ properties, and should this occur, to minimise any potential damage for the homeowner.
- Will be responsible for ensuring each client is checked in – even if the time of check-in is after hours.
- Must respond to homeowners’ requests for accommodation. Please note that to maximise income, homeowners are requested not to book their own properties in peak vacation periods.
5) Charges for our Service
There are no upfront charges. We only work on commission from bookings. The commission charges depends on each booking and may vary from 10% - 20%.
